Our Return Policy

It is the policy of Spectrum Diamonds not to take back any product that has been made on special order. Items that are considered "special order" items include:

  • Rings ordered in any finger size other than our stock size (women FS 6, men FS 10)
  • Any piece that is made on request (not in stock)
  • ALL eternity bands
  • Any colored stone piece which uses stones other than ruby, sapphire or emerald.
  • Any piece using a diamond quality other than our A, B, C or D qualities.
As every customer wants and deserves to have first-hand pieces, we do not take back jewelry that has been worn.

If the need arises to send in a piece of jewelry for repair and/or customization, we ask that you request a RA #. This number will be used to identify pieces that are returned to the office. Return authorization is REQUIRED prior to sending merchandise to Spectrum. Please call our office and give our staff member the reason for return. The RA# must be prominently marked on your box.

Repair jobs may take a little longer to process than regular orders depending on the nature of the repair.
